How does the process work?
We strive to make the process as easy and straightforward for you. Our expert advisors will talk you through the process and answer any specific questions.
Review the guides on our website
Our guidelines will introduce you to the different types of accidents that people tend to be involved in, from road accidents to accidents at work. There is also guidance on the types of injuries that you might suffer, and details on how you go about a claim.
Give us a phone call
Our expert and sympathetic advisors are just at the other end of a phone line, and they are the best source of information and advice should you be considering a claim. They can assess whether you might have a case, answer questions you might have, and assign you an appropriate personal injury solicitor.
Discuss your case with a solicitor
Once you have been assigned a suitable solicitor who has the specific expertise and experience, you will be able to openly discuss your case with them, provide them details about your injury, and discuss what level of compensation you might achieve from a claim.
Your Solicitor will be able to answer any questions you may have and generally assist you in understanding the claim process and installing confidence that your claim will be progressed with the upmost efficiency.
Your solicitor will also discuss their terms and conditions including their fee structure in advance of the claim commencing. Our solicitors work on a “No Win No Fee” basis with you retaining 100% of the compensatory sum achieved through negotiation or a Court process, the solicitor’s fees being recoverable from the other party on successful conclusion of your claim, but most importantly there being no fees payable by you should the claim be unsuccessful.
Having established details of your case, your assigned Solicitor will intimate a claim to the appropriate party that you are making a claim against and progress the claim thereafter accordingly. Your Solicitor will deal with all contact with the other party, their insurers or solicitors and negotiate settlement or advise you with regards to progressing your claim by means of litigation (through the Courts) if this is in your best interests.
When your claim is settled
Again to reiterate, when your claim is successfully concluded you will receive 100% of the compensation sum agreed and the Solicitor will receive payment of his or her fees from the other party.
If your claim is unsuccessful, you will have nothing to pay, the Solicitor acting on your behalf under a “No Win No Fee” agreement.
